PECRKO Research is a Professional Educational Clinical Research Knowledge Organization that provides research education to the minority community and connects the minority community to local research providers in an effort to improve research diversity.
Minority research participation is typically 10% or less of research studies, which leads to skewed results and innovations in pharmaceutical and medical development.
The FDA cites lack of trust and education as the main barriers to minorities participating in research. That’s why PECRKO Research offers free educational materials to help minorities better understand and get involved in research.
When minorities participate in clinical research, clinical researchers have better data, which leads to better medications, therapies and medical equipment for all citizens.
We support this diversity through our unique service which connects researchers with minorities who want to participate in research.
